Every visit is subject to the host company's approval, schedule and visitor policy. Visit requests are submitted once you book and are usually confirmed in writing 1–3 weeks before arrival. Alibaba and Xiaomi are visited on extension days in Hangzhou and Beijing; extra days and domestic flights are quoted separately.

No. This is an independent private business program organized around APEC week in Shenzhen. It does not provide access to APEC meetings or venues.
Visits are arranged through our local network and are subject to each company's approval, schedule and visitor policy. Requests are submitted once you book and are usually confirmed in writing 1–3 weeks before arrival. Some hosts limit visitors during the leaders' meeting days, so we plan around them. If a named visit is declined, you choose between a comparable alternative and a refund of that visit's portion of the fee.
As of 2026, citizens of many countries can enter China visa-free for up to 30 days. 240-hour visa-free transit applies only if you continue to a third country or region — a round trip home does not qualify. Rules differ by passport and change over time, so we check your case before booking.
For summit week, as early as possible — ideally 4–6 weeks before arrival. Hotels near the venues and experienced interpreters are the first to sell out.
Quotes are in USD. A deposit confirms the booking, and the balance is due before arrival. Cancellation terms are set out in your proposal; hotel bookings in summit week are generally non-refundable.
